CDW seeks a Services Support Administrator to be responsible for undertaking of administrational functions and assist with all aspects of the Services Support team as and when required. The successful candidate will be cross trained to provide cover for all other members of the Services Support team during busy periods, annual leave and sickness.

Applicants should ideally be educated to A-Level standard however GCSE or equivalent will be considered.

Key experience and skills:

  • Understanding the importance of business processes and compliance
  • Experience in dealing with Sales environment
  • Microsoft Office knowledge - Word, Excel and Outlook, Visio
  • Able to identify key deliveries and to prioritise
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong relationship building skills
