CDW has an opening for an ITIL Problem Manager to work in our Peterborough office. Job responsibilities include managing Problem Records and ensuring that Service Levels are achieved. Additionally the successful candidate will be the single point of contact for escalation of service delivery issues and problem solving.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate an understanding of Service Management Methodologies and best practice.
