CDW UK seeks Service Desk Operations Team Leader to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
- Have an awareness of ITIL methodologies and best practice
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Have practical experience of an external Managed Services Provider

Knowledge and Experience
- Awareness of ITIL methodologies and best practice
- Knowledge of the working practices of the area responsible for
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous team management experience
- Practical experience of an external Managed Services provider
