CDW is looking for a 2nd Line Support professional to join the team in London or Peterborough.
- Keen to take ownership and progress incidents to resolution?

The 2nd Line Support Role is a vital function of the Navision Support Team. The successful applicant would be expected to proactively work with all areas of the business that utilise Navision.

Knowledge and Experience
- At least 1 year’s experience of Navision
- Good understanding of CDW processes
